By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility, and refunds will not be provided based on the product’s consistency upon arrival. If your product does arrive in a melted or liquid form, simply place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. Rest assured, the quality of the product remains unaffected despite any change in consistency.
